Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of trumpshort.living and the services offered through it by Trumpshort Tree Service. When you use the site, phone the number on it or send in a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Trumpshort Tree Service Does

Trumpshort Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and behavior. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will look like.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Professional Advice

The content here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt it or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing contact@trumpshort.living.

Ownership of Site Content

The content and design of this site belong to Trumpshort Tree Service or those who license it to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Trumpshort Tree Service is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
